Job summary

Ashby is seeking a GTM Systems Analyst to own the day-to-day health and configuration of our CRM stack, integration architecture, and data quality practices supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll sit in Revenue Operations, triaging issues, implementing new tooling, and translating business requirements into scalable configurations while shaping the long-term systems strategy.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in CRM administration.
• Experience integrating marketing automation, CRM, and revenue intelligence tools (e.g., 6sense, Gong, Outreach, Gainsight).
• Ability to translate business goals into scalable technical configurations.
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing data discrepancies.
• Proactive troubleshooter with clear written communication.
• 2–4 years in RevOps/Marketing Ops/Sales Ops at a B2B SaaS company.

Responsibilities

• System Administration: Own the day-to-day health of our core GTM platforms, including configuration and workflows.
• Integration Support: Maintain clean data flows across CRM, marketing automation, and revenue tools.
• Data Governance: Enforce data quality, deduplication, and field taxonomy.
• Stakeholder Support: Serve as the technical partner for frontline GTM teams and scale solutions.
• Tooling Evaluation: Assess new GTM tools and support implementation and renewals.
