Job summary

UpGuard is seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to own the systems powering our go-to-market motion and to grow into architectural ownership across CRM, CPQ/billing, and CS integrations. This role goes beyond a CRM specialist and requires a systems thinker with a strong data integrity mindset and a knack for AI-enabled workflows.

You’ll administer and improve our GTM tooling, enforce data-layer security, and build automation that enforces process across stages and handoffs.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining an object-oriented CRM system.
• Certification in Salesforce Admin or path to it.
• Strong understanding of object relations and permission models.
• Ability to design API-driven automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve GTM stack: users, objects, fields, workflows.
• Own access and security at the data layer with granular controls.
• Build automation for deal-stage gates, handoffs, territory logic and workflow actions.
• Partner with Rev Ops on CRM, CPQ/billing, and CS integrations.
