Job summary

UpGuard is seeking a senior GTM Engineer leader to guide a small, focused team across the funnel, collaborating with customer success and Rev Ops. You will shape automation and AI roadmaps, evaluate new technologies, and deliver production-grade solutions for a global workforce.

You should bring 5+ years in GTM/Revenue Operations tech roles, hands-on software leadership, and a track record of building scalable integrations and automation that drive GTM metrics and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

Education or significant practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Leadership experience in managing a team.
5+ years in GTM Engineer, Revenue Operations Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar with GTM focus.
Fluent with LLM-based systems (prompting, agent design, evaluation) and ML concepts such as propensity scoring.
Track record building complex GTM tech solutions ( integrations, automation ).
Comfort with owning metrics and contributing to GTM pipeline.

Responsibilities

Lead the GTM Engineering team and set the function's strategy.
Manage software engineers with a mix of hands-on and leadership responsibilities.
Own automation and AI roadmap for GTM and decide what to build vs buy.
