Job summary

UpGuard is seeking a strategic leader for GTM Engineering to shape the automation and AI roadmap for the revenue organization. You will manage a small team, collaborate across funnel stages, and drive complex integrations and scalable automation that enhance GTM efficiency.

You will work closely with Rev Ops and CS to ensure adoption, measure impact on pipeline, and balance build vs buy decisions in a fast-growing security tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading GTM, Revenue Operations, or software engineering with GTM focus.
• Experience designing and delivering complex technical solutions in GTM contexts.
• Familiarity with prompting, agent design, and evaluation of LLM-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GTM Engineering team and set strategy.
• Own automation and AI roadmap for the GTM org; decide build vs buy.
• Collaborate with customer success and Rev Ops to ensure adoption and impact.
