Emergence is seeking a RevOps/GTM engineering specialist to consolidate and automate data flows across multiple B2B software portfolios. You will design and maintain CRM data pipelines, integrate collaboration tools, and document playbooks for scalable GTM architecture.

The role emphasizes hands-on data work, API orchestration, and careful version control to ensure clean, connected systems that support portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in RevOps or GTM engineering with Salesforce or HubSpot expertise.
• Proficient in Python and SQL for data tooling.
• Strong GitHub hygiene and safe automation practices.

Responsibilities

• Ingest, clean, dedupe, load, and route data into CRMs; configure fields, pipelines, permissions, suppression.
• Connect CRMs, Slack, notes, and calendars via APIs, webhooks, OAuth, MCPs, cron jobs, and VMs.
• Map processes in Figma and document builds as playbooks.

• Own GTM systems across a portfolio of B2B software companies, turning disconnected CRMs into a connected, automated stack.
• Work ops first, outbound second, with a GTM expert guiding architecture and reviews.
• Scope expands to sourcing, talent, and other verticals.

What You'll Do:

• Ingest, clean, dedupe, load, and route data into CRMs; configure fields, pipelines, permissions, suppression.
• Connect CRMs, Slack, notes, and calendars via APIs, webhooks, OAuth, MCPs, cron jobs, and VMs.
• Map processes in Figma and document builds as playbooks.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in RevOps or GTM engineering with deep Salesforce or HubSpot expertise.
• Daily building with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, plus Python and SQL to fix its code.
• Strong GitHub hygiene, per-company permissions, and safe automation practices.
