Job summary

Vector Solutions is seeking an Analyst, GTM Operations to join our Revenue Strategy & Operations team in the United States. This hands-on role supports analysis and execution of go-to-market strategy across sales planning, territory management, compensation, pricing, and other strategic initiatives.

You will work with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Revenue Operations, turning data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for GTM leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of relevant analytics or revenue operations experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Access, or BI/reporting tools.
• Ability to translate analysis into clear business insights.

Responsibilities

• Support account assignment, territory alignment, and coverage planning.
• Analyze GTM performance across bookings, renewals, pipeline, and territory coverage.
• Develop recurring reports and analyses for GTM leadership.
• Analyze performance by sector, product, team, and sales motion.
• Assist with territory, capacity, and quota planning.
• Partner on ad hoc analyses and strategic GTM projects.
