Job summary

Stripe is seeking a senior Sales Strategy and Operations leader to partner with GTM leadership and the broader Sales/Marketing teams. You will drive pipeline health, go-to-market analysis, and forecasting processes to optimize revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth company or related roles
• Proficient SQL and advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills with large datasets
• Strong business acumen and distinctive problem-solving abilities
• Stakeholder management with strong communication and influencing skills
• Hands-on, adaptable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior sales and marketing leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategies and resource plans focusing on sales pipeline health
• Analyze data trends to provide insights on pipeline metrics and identify roadblocks
• Create and manage processes for annual/territory planning, target setting and forecasting
• Co-own the rhythm of business with weekly forecasting, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews
• Develop initiatives to optimize sales team efficiency and productivity
• Oversee enabling systems/tools and coordinate with cross-functional teams
