Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the GTM sales organization by delivering analytics, insights, and strategic recommendations that accelerate growth. You will partner with senior leadership to drive key initiatives across regions and functions.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Finance & Strategy, Data Science, Seller Systems, and Strategic Operations to standardize processes, run the Rhythm of Business, and shape go-to-market support for a rapidly growing company.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and other analytics tools.
• Proficiency in BI visualization tools.
• Experience leveraging AI to analyze data, automate processes, or create reports/dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving business problems.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM leadership with intelligence and insight to accelerate growth.
• Standardize global and regional processes currently decentralized.
• Deep dive into key performance metrics and drive understanding of business performance.
• Problem solve and structure analysis outcomes for complex sales operations challenges.
• Identify opportunities for productivity gains for regional sales leadership.
• Participate in go-to-market projects and in planning deliverables.
• Run analyses on key metrics and provide insights for managing the business.
• Oversee enabling systems and tools with internal systems teams.
• Prepare weekly forecast materials and provide updates on key growth metrics.
