Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Global Product Sales Strategy and Operations partner to automate dashboards and optimize GTM processes. You will design scalable systems, run the Rhythm of Business, and provide insights from pre-sales performance data to leadership.

You will work with Finance, Strategy, and Sales Ops to streamline reporting, forecast accuracy, and initiative tracking. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales/operations, data analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and structured problem solving.
• Experience with large datasets and scalable reporting.
• Advanced SQL and Excel/Google Sheets modeling.
• Salesforce.com user and report developer.
• Clear, proactive communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Triage and answer system, processes and data queries from the Product Sales team.
• Assist with Rhythm of Business for weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Build reports and dashboards using SQL, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Tableau, Salesforce and other systems.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy of downstream reporting.
• Design and implement system and process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze issues.
• Document business requirements and user stories.
• Create user-friendly documentation and enablement materials.
