Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Global Product Sales Strategy and Operations partner to automate dashboards and reports, and to design scalable data systems that support the Rhythm of Business across the mid‑market sales org. You will partner with Finance, Strategy, Sales Operations and Product to deliver actionable insights, improve processes, and produce clear enablement materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in sales/business operations, data science, investment banking, management consulting, or business analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems.
• Experience with large data sets and building scalable reports and dashboards.
• Advanced SQL and Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills.
• Knowledge of sales data such as customer accounts, opportunities and revenue.
• Experience in Salesforce.com as a user and report developer.
• Clear and proactive communication; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Triage, prioritize and answer system, processes and data queries from the Product Sales team and other cross-functional teams.
• Build reports and dashboards using SQL, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Tableau, Salesforce and other internal systems.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy of downstream reporting.
• Design and implement improvements to systems, tools and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze system and operational issues.
• Document business requirements and user stories; create enablement materials.
