Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations/Strategy leader to guide GTM strategy and drive operational efficiency. You will serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership, delivering data-driven insights and managing core operating cadences to scale our business.

You will collaborate with Finance, Enablement, Data, and Growth Strategy teams, aligning efforts, driving efficiencies, and accelerating growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in revenue operations or strategy at a high-growth technology company.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience building territories, comp plans, and quotas for GTM teams.
• Exceptional project management skills with cross-functional leadership.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage our operating rhythms (Forecasting, Pipeline Council, Big Deal Reviews, and MBRs/QBRs).
• Conduct strategic analyses to identify trends and opportunities for process and strategy optimization.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategy and resource plans.
• Lead strategic projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the revenue organization.
• Partner with technical teams to implement processes systemically.
• Work with the data team to ensure data accuracy and availability for revenue activities.
• Run fiscal launch processes in partnership with Finance and Planning teams.
