Juicebox is hiring a GTM Strategy & Operations generalist to partner with our VP of Sales and GTM leadership on high-impact growth initiatives. You will work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Product to drive initiatives that accelerate revenue growth and improve go-to-market effectiveness.

As an early GTM hire, you will own critical projects from pricing to AI-native workflows, shaping how we acquire, monetize, and retain customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Consulting, Investment Banking, or a similar generalist role (4+ years preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive resolution.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, or Finance teams.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, analytics tools, and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Lead high-impact strategic GTM initiatives from problem definition to execution.
• Partner with GTM leadership to identify growth opportunities and drive decisions.
• Analyze and optimize pricing, packaging, monetization, and go-to-market motions.
• Identify, size, and validate new markets, segments, and revenue opportunities.
• Drive special projects across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to unlock growth.
• Design and implement AI-native workflows to improve GTM efficiency and scale.
• Build business cases and financial models to support investments and resourcing.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to provide visibility into pipeline and GTM performance.
• Improve GTM processes, systems, and operating rhythms as the company scales.
