Job summary

Datadog is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Associate to partner with the Americas Enterprise sales leadership, drive strategic initiatives, and lead annual planning. The role blends analysis with execution across cross-functional teams, optimizing pipeline, territory design, and headcount planning.

You will collaborate with Sales, Channels & Alliances, Marketing, and Customer Success to accelerate growth, improve sales productivity, and own critical operating rhythms while delivering

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in sales strategy & operations or equivalent
• Strong analytical problem-solving with attention to detail
• Proven ownership across functions (sales, marketing, customer success)
• Ability to derive actionable recommendations from qualitative and quantitative data
• Strong verbal and written communication; experience presenting to senior stakeholders
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Metabase) or willingness to learn
• Experience in SaaS or high-tech environments
• Prior work with GTM or growth strategy initiatives

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise Strategy & Operations addressing strategic and operational challenges for the Americas Enterprise sales leadership
• Partner with senior team members to analyze key business areas and surface insights
• Design and execute regional programs (headcount planning, territory design, pipeline reviews)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improve sales productivity
• Support sales leadership in operating rhythms (QBRs, forecast reviews)
• Drive day-to-day operational processes including KPI management
• Own project workstreams and ensure timely execution
• Balance analysis and hands-on execution between strategy and detail
