Job summary

Stripe, LLC. is seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst based in New York to support regional leaders with intelligence, accelerate growth, and standardize processes across teams.

You will analyze key metrics, identify productivity opportunities, and drive data-driven decisions for senior leadership. The role requires SQL, Tableau, and large-data experience, plus the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) with 7 years in Sales, Strategy, and Operations, including 5+ years post-degree.
• Experience with SQL and advanced analytics to develop and run queries and analyze large data sets.
• Proficiency in BI visualization tools, including Tableau.
• Experience working with large data sets and deriving insights for senior leadership.
• Experience using AI to improve productivity and automate reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales leaders with intelligence to accelerate growth.
• Standardize global and regional processes currently decentralized.
• Provide deep dives into key performance metrics and business performance.
• Identify opportunities for productivity gains and improvements in operations.
• Contribute to go-to-market projects and regular resource planning.
• Run analyses on metrics and provide insights for leadership decisions.
• Oversee enabling systems/tools implementation with internal teams.
• Prepare weekly forecast materials for senior leaders and update metrics.
• Manage bespoke projects and stakeholder expectations.
