Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales, strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and other advanced analytics tools.
• Proficiency in BI visualization tools.
• Experience leveraging AI to analyze data, automate processes, or create reports / dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to solving business problems using large data sets.
• Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and adaptability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM leadership with intelligence to accelerate growth.
• Standardize global and regional processes currently decentralized.
• Deep dive into key performance metrics to understand business performance.
• Solve problems and structure analysis outcomes for complex sales operations challenges.
• Identify opportunities for productivity gains for regional leadership.
• Participate in go-to-market projects and regular business/resource planning.
• Run analyses on KPIs and provide insights for business management.
• Oversee enabling systems and tools with internal teams.
• Prepare weekly senior leader forecast materials and provide updates on growth metrics.
