Job summary

Mitek Systems is seeking a highly analytical GTM Strategy and Operations Manager to own data, AI workflows, and operating processes that govern the pipeline from opportunity creation through close, handoff and renewal. This is a hands-on builder role at the intersection of GTM Operations, analytics and GTM Engineering.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in GTM or Revenue Ops in B2B SaaS.
• Strong Salesforce proficiency in data modelling and dashboards.
• Experience designing and operating AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own analytical foundation for pipeline through renewal and dashboard architecture.
• Build reliable reporting for pipeline, forecast, retention and partner contribution.
• Create views across region, segment, product for performance drivers.
• Establish data-quality monitoring across Salesforce, Clari.
• Deliver decision-ready pipeline and renewal narratives.
• Design and operate production-grade AI workflows for opportunity hygiene, forecast, renewal signals.
• Connect AI to Salesforce, Clari and data using low-code tools.
• Define prompts, outputs, evaluation criteria and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Governance for data security and transparency.
• Identify automation opportunities and measure gains.
• Own Salesforce lifecycle and forecasting model.
• Administer Clari integrations and dashboards.
• Use Clari insights to surface movement and coaching opportunities.
• Partner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline discipline.
• Own renewal and partner operations processes.
• Capture reasons for closed-lost and churn for insights.
• Cross-functional leadership and governance with execs.
