Job summary

Openkrill is seeking a highly analytical GTM Engineer to own data and AI workflows that move demand from targeting and lead creation through the early‑stage pipeline. This hands‑on builder role sits at the intersection of GTM Operations, analytics and GTM Engineering.

You will establish trusted reporting infrastructure, turning funnel data into decisions and governing AI‑enabled workflows that improve lead quality, conversion, speed and SDR productivity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of GTM Operations or equivalent role in B2B tech/SaaS.
• Advanced analytical ability with data models, metrics and dashboards.
• Strong Salesforce proficiency across data modelling, automation, reports and governance.
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows using low-code tools, integrations or APIs.
• Knowledge of AI workflow design: prompts, outputs, testing and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with Sales engagement platforms (Salesloft/Outreach).
• Experience designing lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, and SDR processes.
• Ability to combine quantitative analysis with business judgment and influence leaders.
• Strong requirements gathering, process-mapping and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytical foundation for the lead-to-opportunity funnel with data model, metrics, and truth logic.
• Build reliable reporting on volume, conversion, velocity, aging, leakage and pipeline health.
• Evaluate lead-scoring, routing and handoff quality; translate findings into actionable steps.
• Create data-quality monitoring, reconciliation and QA for funnel insights.
• Develop early-pipeline outlooks and performance narratives highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Design, build and operate production-ready AI workflows for research, enrichment, prioritization and routing QA.
• Connect AI capabilities to GTM systems using low-code tools, integrations and APIs.
• Define prompts, outputs, evaluation criteria and human-in-the-loop controls.
