Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Sales Operations leader to build and manage a team of FTE and outsourced specialists, improving customer data and processes across GTM. You will partner with GTM leadership to identify gaps, design workflows, and drive cross-functional impact.

The role demands 7+ years in sales/ops, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with Data Engineering, Product, and Sales. A data-driven mindset and leadership presence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Has 7+ years of sales, strategy, and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment or in management consulting.
• Owns problems, investigates root causes, and ensures execution.
• Works across multiple stakeholders and escalates issues to leadership.
• Roll-up-your-sleeves mindset; leads while doing IC work.

Responsibilities

• Apply systems thinking and continuous improvement to the team's mechanisms.
• Develop a data quality roadmap to address customer data challenges.
• Align on prioritization with leadership, Data Engineering, and Systems teams.
• Influence the implementation and enablement of systems and tools with internal teams.
• Create an outsourcing strategy for ongoing data cleanup and scale initiatives.
• Manage contractors as part of outsourcing to scale data quality and analytics.
• Define and measure metrics for success and develop dashboards.
