Job summary

Miteksystems 2 is seeking a GTM Strategy and Operations Manager to own data, AI workflows, systems and operating processes spanning pipeline from opportunity creation to renewal. This hands‑on role blends GTM Operations, analytics and GTM Engineering to produce trusted pipeline forecasts and leadership insights.

The role emphasizes data modeling, governance, AI‑enabled workflows and cross‑functional collaboration to improve forecast accuracy, deal execution and renewal visibility across regions

Qualifications

• 4+ years in GTM/Revenue Operations or equivalent in B2B tech.
• Advanced analytics for pipeline, forecast, and performance dashboards.
• Strong Salesforce proficiency across opportunity data modelling, process design, automation, reports, dashboards, permissions and data‑quality governance.
• Experience with Clari and forecast‑accuracy analysis.
• Experience building AI‑enabled workflows with low‑code tools, integrations, APIs or agent‑based platforms.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytical foundation for pipeline through renewal, including data model, metric definitions, source-of-truth logic and dashboard architecture.
• Deliver decision‑ready pipeline, forecast and renewal narratives with clear management actions.
• Administer and optimise Clari and Salesforce integration and data hygiene.
• Design and operate AI workflows for opportunity hygiene, forecast commentary and renewal signals.
• Partner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline discipline and execution.
• Own closed‑won handoff into implementation and Customer Success.
