Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM strategy, management consulting, revenue operations, or similar in enterprise software.
• Experience owning GTM/business operating cadences at scale and board reporting.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility.
• Analytical with fluency in data-driven storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities.
• Excellent communication and executive-ready presentation skills.
• Experience using AI productivity tools and presentation automation plug-ins.

Responsibilities

• Define GTM vision with Sales, GTM Ops, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership.
• Support annual strategic planning aligned to product strategy and objectives.
• Operationalize the GTM cadence, including QBRs and business reviews.
• Prepare GTM content for board meetings and executive updates.
• Translate initiatives into roadmaps delivering impact on pipeline and bookings.
• Partner with Finance to build business cases for GTM initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams, including AI adoption and new sales plays.
