DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager to lead Consumer Growth GTM strategy for New Verticals. You will shape how we bring priority merchants, categories, and customer behaviors to market, with emphasis on structuring a high volume of GTM opportunities and helping teams prioritize and execute them efficiently.

Qualifications

4+ years in strategy, operations, or related analytical roles.
Experience building scalable frameworks, playbooks, and operating processes.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own Consumer Growth GTM strategy for New Verticals and prioritize opportunities.
Define customer problem, opportunity, audience, value proposition, and impact path.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Business Development to ensure plans are sound and executable.
Build structured operating processes and playbooks to accelerate growth initiatives.
Lead cross-functional execution and align teams on goals, timelines, risks, and decisions.
