Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager to lead Consumer Growth GTM strategy for New Verticals. This role shapes how priority merchants and categories are brought to market, defining the customer problem, opportunity, target audience, value proposition, and path to impact.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Business Development to ensure plans are strategically sound and operable.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, growth, or related analytical roles.
• Exceptional organizational and program-management skills.
• Strong ability to build scalable frameworks and operating processes.

Responsibilities

• Own Consumer Growth GTM strategy for priority New Verticals growth moments.
• Define customer problem, opportunity, target audience, and value proposition.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Finance and Biz Dev.
• Develop test-and-learn plans and translate results into actionable recommendations.
