Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a senior leader to own and scale the New Verticals Search initiative. You will shape strategy, define experiments, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data Science to deliver fast and delightful shopping experiences across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail.

You will manage a small team, use data to drive decisions, and apply first-principles thinking to solve complex problems in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

8–12+ years of experience in high-performance environments.
2+ years of experience leading high-performing teams.
Solve problems from first principles and automate repeatable tasks with AI.
Strong data analysis skills including SQL; proficient in Excel modeling.
BS/BA degree; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product initiatives for New Verticals Search.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data Science to launch customer-focused experiences.
Lead and mentor a small team; report to Director on New Verticals Strategy & Operations.
Analyze data to measure impact and inform decisions.
Drive cross-functional alignment across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail.
