As a Lead on GTM Strategy & Operations, you own rollout design, enablement, and adoption for a product line end to end. You translate cross-functional inputs into practical plans, build repeatable materials, and monitor performance to steer

Qualifications

• 6+ years in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, revenue or sales ops in FinTech or SaaS.
• Own end-to-end GTM motion or product line rollout with adoption.
• Ability to translate inputs into executable go-to-market plans.
• Experience cross-functionally with Product, PMM, Client Success, Sales, Analytics or Pricing.
• Translate pricing strategy into practical field execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market for a product line or segment end to end, including rollout design and enablement.
• Turn cross-functional inputs into a coherent GTM strategy and track adoption against goals.
• Navigate multiple perspectives on launches—the exec rationale, customer value, and reps' reasons to believe.
• Build and maintain materials, processes, and playbooks for the field.
• Turn feedback from the field into recommendations for Product Marketing.
• Analyze performance data to identify where launches stall and flag risks early.
