Job summary

Vibe.co is building the platform for Precision TV advertising and owns GTM Ops infrastructure including Salesforce. You’ll own Salesforce, integrate GTM tools, and drive data-driven decisions across Sales, SDRs, CSMs, and AMs while applying AI to optimize CRM workstreams.

This role lives in our New York office with high ownership and collaboration across the GTM Ops team to accelerate revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator credentials, or equivalent hands-on depth in a production org.
• Experience building and maintaining Salesforce flows in a live revenue environment
• Working competency with the Salesforce API
• Experience connecting GTM tools — Outreach, Default, Calendly, Gong, or similar — into a CRM
• Hands-on use of Claude or a comparable AI tool in your Salesforce work, with specific examples of what changed
• Experience embedded on an in-house team, not exclusively client-side implementation work

Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce instance: Administer Salesforce as the source of truth for account assignment and pipeline
• Build and maintain the flows that power our funnel (assignment, routing, etc.)
• Resolve data integrity issues before they reach a rep's workflow
• Connect the GTM stack: Ensure that our integrations with Outreach/ Kaia, Default, and any other connected tool are functioning reliably
• Build monitoring for data divergence between Salesforce and other internal systems
• Surface sync failures, data hygiene issues, and operational issues proactively
• Partner with the business: Translate requests from Sales, SDR, CSM, and AM teams into scalable system changes
• Partner within the GTM Ops team on how data flows out from Salesforce into other internal tools
• Apply AI to accelerate Salesforce build, testing, and documentation
