Job summary

Plaid in New York is seeking a GTM Technology Engineer to write production Salesforce code, design clean integrations across the GTM stack, and bring an AI-forward, builder mentality to automate and scale GTM Operations workflows.

You’ll work with RevOps, Sales, and Engineering to deliver reliable, scalable solutions, maintain data integrity, and drive governance and release processes for revenue systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL) and integrations.
• Experience with CPQ and quote-to-cash data flows.
• Hands-on AI-powered workflows or agentic automations.
• Strong debugging and systems-thinking skills across Salesforce and integrations.
• Experience with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Tray.io, Workato) and modern APIs.
• Software engineering fundamentals: Git, CI/CD, testing, code reviews.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with GTM Ops, Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a builder mindset.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Salesforce development: design, build, and maintain Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Data integrity & diagnostics across revenue-critical Apex services and integrations.
• Cross-platform integration between Salesforce and CPQ, CLM, data warehouse, and more.
• Prototype and productionize AI-assisted workflows to automate RevOps processes.
• Contribute to platform architecture decisions and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Deal Desk, Sales, and Engineering to implement reliable solutions.
• Support governance and SOX/ITGC controls as applicable.
