Job summary

Meal Ticket is hiring a RevOps-focused builder to own GTM operations for Revenue and CS, reporting to the CRO. The role blends reporting infrastructure (CRM architecture, data hygiene, forecasting) with agentic workflows (enrichment, routing, AI-assisted prospecting) to raise output per rep.

You’ll own what you build after launch, with security reviews, sandbox testing, and human-in-the-loop checks to prevent costly outputs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in RevOps or sales/marketing operations in B2B SaaS.
• Salesforce admin and architecture experience; including custom development.
• Hands-on experience building with APIs, scripting, or workflow orchestration tools.
• Experience designing and deploying LLM or agent-based workflows that others rely on.
• Strong attention to detail, self-starter and ability to work autonomously effectively.
• Comfort being measured on forecast accuracy and rep productivity.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally at all levels of an organization.
• Vertical B2B SaaS experience; restaurant, hospitality or foodservice tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting & revenue operations: forecast, pipeline, territory and quota design, and deal desk.
• Develop GTM automation: agentic workflows, enrichment and routing, AI-assisted prospecting.
• Maintain security review, sandbox to production, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints for deployments.
• Build and operate agent-based workflows that improve rep productivity and pipeline quality.
• Monitor, fix, and retire AI agents after launch, ensuring data integrity and governance.
