Meal Ticket is seeking a RevOps leader to own GTM operations for Revenue and CS, reporting to the CRO. You will design and run the forecasting, territory design, and data integrity across Salesforce and related tools.
This role blends reporting with building agentic automation, enrichment, routing, and AI-assisted workflows, ensuring scalable processes without adding headcount. You will monitor after launch, enforce security, and apply human-in-the-loop checks within an AI governance framework
Meal Ticket is a PE-backed vertical SaaS company for the foodservice industry. Our platform runs the back of house for restaurant operators and the demand side for distributors and suppliers, serving more than 15,000 restaurants worldwide. Operators on our platform typically cut food costs 3-5% and reclaim roughly 100 hours a month.
Please note: you must reside in one of the following states to qualify for this role - AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NC, NH, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA
We're hiring a builder to own GTM operations for the Revenue and CS orgs, reporting directly to the CRO.
This is a dual-focused role; half of it is the reporting infrastructure the business runs on: CRM architecture and data hygiene, forecasting and pipeline inspection, territory, quota and comp administration, deal desk, and the funnel and attainment reporting we forecast from and the other half is building: agentic workflows, enrichment and routing automation, AI-assisted prospecting and research pipelines, and internal GTM tools.
The function exists to raise output per rep rather than fund growth with headcount. You'll be measured on qualified pipeline per rep, speed to lead, MQL-to-SQL conversion, cycle time and cost per SQL, alongside forecast accuracy and data integrity.
You own what you build after launch, not just at launch: monitoring, fixing, and retiring agents when they stop earning their keep. Everything deployed goes through security review, runs in a sandbox before touching production data, and includes a human review step wherever a wrong output would be costly.
We're looking for someone who builds, not someone who maintains and doesn't simply view the role as dashboards and reporting. It's equal parts running a sustainable RevOps reporting operation and building go-to-market agents, and experience limited to configuring off-the-shelf SaaS tools doesn't meet the bar for the GTM engineering half.
Salesforce is our system of record. We use Gong for conversation data and HubSpot for marketing automation. Work is prioritized in weekly agile sprints and managed like a product roadmap.
This is a player-coach role: you'll work hands-on alongside a fractional RevOps partner.
Competitive base plus performance bonus.
