Job summary

Levanta is hiring a GTM Engineer to own the systems powering how we find, engage, and convert customers within a Revenue org that collaborates across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.

You will build data enrichment pipelines, manage email deliverability, and create API-driven workflows that connect our GTM stack, with HubSpot as the central source of truth. You’ll evaluate new AI tools and partner with AEs/SDRs to optimize pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in GTM engineering or RevOps role.
• Experience building data enrichment workflows and multi-step automation.
• Proficiency with CRM and email automation tooling.
• Comfort with API calls and connecting tools via no-code/low-code platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain outbound lead generation systems and sequencing logic.
• Own automation workflows connecting CRM, sequencers, and data sources via APIs and webhooks.
• Maintain HubSpot as the source of truth with clean data and working workflows.
• Evaluate and pilot new AI/GTM tools and integrate successful options into the stack.
