Job summary

Qualifications

• Track contracts: status, signatures, updates and blockers.
• Prep quotes and order forms for customers.
• Fluency in HubSpot is preferred.
• Own CRM data quality: deals, contacts, companies, stages, close dates.
• Respond to customers and follow up until deals close.
• Monitor support issues and route to the right engineer.
• Coordinate invoicing with finance and prep for meetings.
• 0 to 3 years of experience; strong new grads are in scope.
• Follow-through — nothing sits for three days.
• Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to automate repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable in a CRM; learn quickly and ask when unsure.
