Job summary

Intertek is seeking a GTM Operations Analyst for a remote-based role within our People Assurance team. You will own the quote-to-cash and revenue lifecycle, including quoting, pipeline hygiene, billing, forecasting, and pricing, collaborating closely with Sales Ops and Revenue Ops.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales or revenue operations, hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot), and experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or a comparable GTM function.
• Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
• Experience with quoting, discount/concession workflows.
• Billing and revenue processes knowledge, including forecasting.
• Working knowledge of BI/dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Analytics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quoting & deal execution: manage quote generation, signable quotes, discounts, and concession approvals.
• Pipeline & CRM hygiene: maintain pipeline hygiene and CRM data integrity; be the go-to tech stack SME for the sales team.
• Revenue forecasting & billing: own billing and revenue forecasting, manage scheduling and processing.
• Pricing strategy: support pricing analyses with the Director of GTM Operations.
• Executive & finance reporting: own end-of-month reporting and finance alignment; support ad hoc analyses.
• Business intelligence: contribute to company-wide BI and data visualization across GTM data layer.
