Job summary

ClickUp is hiring a Staff Analyst, GTM Revenue to help our go-to-market leaders make sharper, faster decisions across revenue-critical motions. You’ll partner with Sales, Customer Success, and related teams to turn data into practical insight and shape how we operate.

You’ll build dashboards, forecast, analyze pipeline and segmentation, and develop models that improve productivity and retention. Proficiency in SQL and Python and experience with Looker or Tableau are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics, strategy & operations, or revenue operations in a go‑to‑market context.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills with strong judgment on usage for analysis, automation, and reporting.
• Experience building dashboards, analytical models, and KPI frameworks that inform business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leaders to frame questions, prioritize analyses, and translate findings into recommendations.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting layers for Sales, Customer Success, and related motions.
• Analyze pipeline health, segmentation, conversion, and productivity trends to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Develop forecasting, scenario planning, and decision-support models to inform leader actions.
