Job summary

Pebl is hiring a GTM Analytics Senior Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. You will scale our GTM engine by improving processes, data quality, and systems to drive revenue growth.

You will design dashboards, generate actionable insights, and partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product to optimize campaigns and forecasting. The role requires strong analytical skills, 4–7 years in Marketing or GTM operations, and experience with CRM platforms and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations or GTM Operations at a startup or technology company.

Responsibilities

• Analyze campaign performance, top-of-funnel metrics, and pipeline to improve demand gen and revenue outcomes.
• Build and maintain dashboards showing key GTM metrics and attribution.
• Partner with Marketing and Revenue leadership to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Support GTM planning and forecasting by establishing targets and monitoring performance.
