Job summary

ClickUp is seeking a Staff Analyst, GTM Revenue to empower revenue leadership with data-driven decisions across Sales, Customer Success, and related motions. You will turn complex data into practical insights, build dashboards, and develop forecasting models to drive pipeline and retention improvements.

You'll partner with cross‑functional teams, apply SQL and Python to large datasets, automate repetitive workflows, and present executive-ready findings with clarity and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, strategy & operations, revenue operations, or similar role supporting go‑to‑market teams.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for analysis, automation, and reporting.
• Experience building dashboards and KPI frameworks that influence decisions.
• Experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or similar GTM functions in a SaaS environment.
• Strong business acumen linking data trends to customer and revenue outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Frame business questions, prioritize analyses, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting layers across Sales and Customer Success.
• Analyze pipeline health, segmentation, conversion, retention, and productivity trends for growth opportunities.
• Develop forecasting and scenario planning models to aid leadership decisions.
• Use SQL, Python, and analytics tools to extract and shape data from multiple systems.
• Identify repetitive workflows for automation or AI-assisted analysis and drive day-to-day GTM improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Systems, and customer-facing teams to align data definitions and reporting logic.
• Present insights in an executive-ready format for both technical and non-technical audiences.
