Job summary

LinkSquares is seeking a Senior GTM Data Analyst in Boston to own the analytical truth layer for the revenue organization. You will build scalable data models, KPI architectures, and executive reporting that influence strategic decisions across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance.

You will collaborate with GTM leadership to define metrics, automate dashboards, and develop scenario analyses that improve predictability and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a B2B SaaS or recurring-revenue business.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Looker, and Salesforce.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate analytics and governance.
• Ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
• Collaborative leader across Operations, Finance, Sales, CX, and Product.
• Independent, rigorous thinker in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an independent analytical partner to GTM leadership across the full customer lifecycle, surfacing trends and business impact.
• Own Revenue org KPI architecture, metric definitions, and calculation logic across Sales, CX, Marketing, Product and Finance.
• Develop models for revenue planning, pipeline coverage, conversion, velocity, and productivity analysis.
• Own analytical development for recurring executive and Board reporting with clear, decision-ready frameworks.
• Build and optimize durable transformation and semantic models across the modern data stack for GTM concepts.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows, automation, and insight generation with governed outputs.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, CX, Product and Finance to guide roadmap and decisions.
