Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle searches for Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Sales Development, and Sales Operations.
• Lead intake and kickoff conversations with hiring teams on scope, quota, ramp, interview plans, and timelines.
• Partner on structured interviews with clear competencies and actionable feedback.
• Use market research, compensation benchmarks, and funnel metrics to shape strategy.
• Assess sales candidates on track record and quota attainment.
• Build diversity-focused sourcing plans balancing applicants, passive talent, referrals, and outreach.
• Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience with proactive communication and timely feedback.
• Improve recruiting practices by sharing learnings and using AI responsibly.
