ManpowerGroup is seeking a GTM Recruiter II in Seattle, onsite. You will source technical candidates for GTM, BD and sales roles, using LinkedIn, HIRE ATS, and creative outreach.

This 11-month contract offers hourly compensation and benefits, with a schedule of M-F 8am-5pm and potential for extension or hire. You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to meet multiple requisitions while driving sourcing innovations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical recruiting for GTM, BD and sales roles.
• Proficient in Boolean search techniques.
• Gen AI fluency.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with sourcing strategies and data-driven hiring insights.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, HIRE ATS, and creative outreach for complex requisitions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to increase lead volume and monitor talent pipelines.
• Build long-term candidate networks and optimize job descriptions and messaging.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to fulfill requisitions efficiently.
• Own and support recruiting programs like referrals, networking events, and conferences.
