AssemblyAI is building the leading Voice AI infrastructure platform, and our go-to-market team is growing fast. We’re looking for a GTM Recruiter to help us hire the Account Executives, BDRs, Customer Success, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Marketers who bring our models to developers and enterprises around the world.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles in B2B SaaS or developer-tools companies.
• Experience hiring at volume (25+ GTM hires per year) across SDR to senior AE.
• Strong passive sourcing skills using boolean search and diverse channels.
• Curiosity about the AI landscape and a creative approach to reaching talent.
• Experience with Greenhouse (or similar ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and a sourcing CRM like Juicebox.
• Organized, fast, and capable of managing multiple searches without gaps.
• Clear, warm communication and ability to sell a role to top candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for 5–6 GTM roles at a time from intake to offer.
• Source proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, referrals, communities, and events.
• Use AI tools to accelerate market research and tailor candidate messaging.
• Conduct Zoom screens to assess pipeline, technical fluency, and coachability.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles, run interview loops, and move decisions forward.
• Manage offers end to end, including OTE and commission discussions, and close.
• Keep Greenhouse current so funnel data is trustworthy.
• Deliver a fast, transparent, human candidate experience regardless of outcome.
