Job summary

Ambient.ai is expanding its talent by hiring a GTM Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will manage requisitions end-to-end, collaborate with hiring managers, and drive a smooth candidate experience.

In a fast-moving startup, you will build pipelines with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Juicebox, screen candidates, and help shape Ambient's growth while embracing an AI-augmented approach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle non-technical/GTM recruiting experience (Sales, Marketing or Customer Success)
• Startup experience in a fast-moving environment preferred
• Proven track record sourcing and closing IC and manager-level candidates
• Proficient with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox)
• Organized and metrics-minded with strong candidate and manager communication
• Comfortable using AI tools daily for sourcing and outreach

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of GTM requisitions from intake to offer
• Source, screen, and build your candidate pipeline with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Juicebox
• Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and pipeline status
• Guide candidates through interviews and offers with timely communication
• Follow Ambient's GTM recruiting process and suggest improvements
