Job summary

Rogo, a San Francisco-based AI company transforming enterprise finance, is seeking a GTM Recruiter to own strategic searches for sales leaders and AEs across the U.S. You’ll join the founding SF team, partner with leaders there, and build the office while shaping the candidate experience.

This hands-on role offers autonomy to design searches, engage top passive candidates, and drive hiring decisions from outreach through offer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring sales leaders and enterprise AEs.
• Experience recruiting for high-growth technology companies in competitive talent markets.
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage and close exceptional passive candidates.
• Credibility with senior leaders and the judgment to influence hiring decisions.
• Commercial fluency - you understand sales motions, segments, territories, and what distinguishes top performers.
• High ownership and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous searches.
• Clear, compelling communication and strong relationship-building skills.
• A disciplined, data-informed approach to managing multiple searches.
• Excitement about building an office and team from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for sales leadership and AE roles across the U.S.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and interview plans
• Drive searches with urgency, rigor, and a high bar for talent
• Translate growth plans into clear hiring priorities and search strategies
• Own offer strategy and closing, partnering with leadership to land competitive candidates
• Build repeatable sourcing, assessment, and closing practices as we scale
