Job summary

Rogo is hiring an Engineering Recruiter to build the technical teams behind our AI-native finance products. As part of the founding San Francisco team, you’ll partner with the CTO and SF engineering leaders to grow the office and hire engineers who will shape our growth.

You’ll own critical technical searches end-to-end and serve as a strategic partner to engineering leadership—defining hiring priorities, shaping what great looks like, and turning ambitious growth plans into exceptional hires.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience for high-growth tech companies.
• Experience owning complex technical searches and closing candidates with competitive offers.
• Ability to advise senior engineering leaders and influence hiring decisions.
• Strong technical fluency and understanding of engineering teams and candidate motivations.
• Creative sourcing and relationship-building with passive technical talent.
• Data-driven approach to managing multiple searches and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Build our SF engineering team by defining hiring needs and roles.
• Own critical technical searches from search strategy to close.
• Find and engage exceptional engineers, including passive candidates.
• Advise engineering leadership with market insights and pipeline data.
• Design and maintain a rigorous, high-bar interview process.
• Close top candidates with compelling offers and alignment to goals.
• Strengthen our SF presence through community engagement and networks.
