• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting at high-growth startups.
• Experience building a recruiting function from scratch (ATS, processes, candidate experience).
• Analytical mindset with ability to track and report KPIs.

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, Operations, and Leadership—from sourcing through close.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers on role definition, target profiles, and market positioning.
• Source and close exceptional candidates in competitive markets using creative sourcing strategies.
• Own the candidate experience, employer brand, and hiring process end to end.
• Build pipeline reporting and analytics to know what’s working.
