• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting at high-growth startups.
• Deep sourcing expertise - you find talent beyond inbound.
• Analytical: you track KPIs and optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, Operations, and Leadership - sourcing through close
• Partner with founders and hiring managers on role definition, target profiles, and market positioning
• Source and close exceptional candidates in competitive markets using creative sourcing
• Own the candidate experience, employer brand, and hiring process end to end
• Build pipeline reporting and analytics to know what’s working
