Job summary

Audiohook is seeking a recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of roles across sales, marketing, creative, and GTM functions. You will partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a great candidate experience from first outreach to offer.

This fully remote role requires 2+ years of experience, comfort with high-volume hiring, and proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for sales, marketing, or creative roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable managing a high-volume pipeline across multiple open roles
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
• Sound judgment in evaluating candidates and communicating with hiring managers

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview rubrics, and hiring plans
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Conduct initial phone/video screens to assess qualifications, motivation, and fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders
• Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline status in the ATS
• Provide a timely, professional, and positive experience for all candidates
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness)
• Support employer branding efforts, including job postings and outreach messaging
• Stay current on market compensation trends and talent availability for key roles
