Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Program Manager for the GTM Programs team to drive strategic initiatives that support the CRO’s revenue priorities. You’ll lead end-to-end delivery, align cross-functional executives, and govern risk while leveraging AI-driven automation to reduce overhead.

You will interact with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and GTM Technology, shaping program strategy and delivering measurable business impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience with cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and executives.
• Strong business acumen linking execution to revenue and GTM strategy.
• Excellent judgment in identifying and escalating risk.
• Fluent with AI-enabled productivity tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of GTM programs aligned to CRO priorities.
• Translate executive priorities into structured plans, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Manage a portfolio of cross-functional programs across Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps, and GTM Tech.
• Identify and mitigate program risks; present options to leadership.
• Lead change management to drive adoption across GTM teams.
• Run executive reviews, steering committee updates, and cross-functional sessions.
• Advise leaders on connecting program work to broader GTM strategy.
