• 5+ years of program/project management experience in SaaS or tech environment.
• Experience managing programs with executive/senior leadership visibility.
• Strong business acumen linking execution to revenue and GTM strategy.
• Excellent judgment in risk identification and escalation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Proven change management and adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Highly organized and able to operate with ambiguity in a fast-paced growth context.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of GTM programs aligned to CRO and leadership priorities.
• Translate priorities into structured plans, roadmaps, and metrics.
• Manage a portfolio across Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps and GTM Tech.
• Identify risks, quantify dependencies, and present options to leadership.
• Lead change management for new processes and tools across GTM.
• Run executive reviews, steering committee updates, and cross-functional sessions.
• Serve as advisor linking program work to broader GTM strategy.
• Leverage AI-driven automation to reduce manual PM overhead.
• Use Salesforce/Smartsheet/BI data to monitor health and inform decisions.
• Identify GTM workflow inefficiencies and drive process redesign.
