Qualifications

• 5+ years of program/project management experience with cross‑functional initiatives in SaaS/tech.
• Experience presenting to senior/executive stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen linking execution to revenue and GTM strategy.
• Excellent judgment in risk identification and escalation; proactive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of GTM programs tied to CRO priorities.
• Translate executive priorities into structured program plans and roadmaps.
• Manage a portfolio across Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps, and GTM Tech.
• Identify risks and dependencies and elevate options to senior leadership.
• Lead change management for new processes and tools across GTM teams.
• Run executive reviews and steering committee updates; drive accountability.
