Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Program Manager on the GTM Programs team to drive strategic initiatives that support the CRO’s revenue priorities and operational excellence. You’ll oversee end-to-end GTM programs, align cross-functional executives, manage risk, and ensure measurable business impact.

You will leverage AI-driven automation and data tools to optimize workflows, monitor program health in Salesforce/Smartsheet, and lead change across Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps, and GTM Technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program/project management experience with cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience presenting to senior/executive stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen connecting execution to revenue and GTM strategy.
• Proven change management and adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of GTM programs tied to CRO and GTM priorities.
• Translate executive priorities into structured program plans and roadmaps.
• Manage a portfolio of cross-functional programs across Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps, GTM Tech.
• Identify and mitigate program risks; elevate options to senior leadership.
• Lead change management for new processes and tools; drive adoption.
• Run executive program reviews and steering committee updates.
