Job summary

Anthropic is hiring a Head of GTM Programs to build a foundational function from the ground up. Reporting to the Global Head of Revenue Operations, you’ll own content, playbooks, and cross-functional coordination to help our GTM organization scale across regions and segments.

You’ll define what GTM programs mean at Anthropic, build the initial roadmap, and drive fast, consistent collaboration across teams. You’ll spend your first months embedded with GTM leaders to identify opportunities, then

Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling go-to-market programs within a B2B organization.
• Experience designing and launching playbooks or content adopted by GTM teams.
• Experience partnering with multiple go-to-market functions and revenue operations to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Build the global GTM programs function from scratch and define the first-year roadmap.
• Design and maintain scalable GTM content and playbooks for ongoing use.
• Create a single trusted source of GTM content with clear ownership and version control.
• Drive alignment across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success for end-to-end programs.
• Use data and feedback to identify gaps and refine programs and content.
• Define success metrics and report on adoption, time-to-value, and productivity.
