Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a GTM Business Process Manager to design scalable GTM processes and canonical flows across a multi-system revenue ecosystem. You will bridge GTM strategy, operations, and AI systems to simplify complexity and drive measurable business outcomes.

You will serve as the primary process designer and BRD writer for end-to-end seller workflows, establishing governance and visuals to support IT and stakeholders. Hybrid work with in-office requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in GTM Strategy & Operations or related fields.
• Experience with GTM processes, systems, and tools (Salesforce, GTM ecosystems, sales engagement platforms).
• Experience in process mapping and redesign using structured methodologies.
• Proven track record in driving projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable GTM processes and canonical flows for a multi-system revenue ecosystem.
• Map and redesign end-to-end GTM and sales process flows with service blueprints.
• Design workflows for GTM motions including qualification and pipeline management.
• Establish governance and measure adoption, improving rep productivity and revenue.
• Create documentation, BRDs, playbooks, and visual workflow blueprints for IT.
